Welcome!

My name is Gail Schneider and I am a professional licensed massage therapist as well as a certified medical massage practitioner and certified cupping therapist.  My services range from relaxing & restorative massage, therapeutic & Deep Tissue Massage, energizing Thai Massage, to a myriad of Cupping Therapies.  I love to incorporate a variety of techniques and modalities to aid in your progress including stretching, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Positional Release.

I am available by appointment only, Wednesdays through Sundays.  Please check out the 'Services' page for massage options, prices, and a link for online booking.  If you have any questions or prefer booking over the phone, I will be happy to take your calls, texts, or emails - see the 'Contact Me' page for information.  

BIG NEWS!  I am excited to announce that I will be starting my own, solo practice at the Metro Centre office building in Suite 280, 3833 S. Texas Avenue here in Bryan starting in July of 2022.  While I will miss my dear family at Spa Lucia, I'm looking forward to my new endeavor and hope to see you there.
